I opened this shop in 2022, which was still a concept store at the time. I quickly discovered my passion for secondhand clothing. Now, it's a place filled with unique, pre-loved items: from understated basics to striking eye-catchers.

FAQ

How does clothing insertion work?

You can drop off your women's and men's clothing (and children's clothing under certain conditions) at any time during our opening hours. The minimum order is five items, packed in a sturdy bag. Please leave your name, phone number/email address, and account number. We'll review and select the items, and any suitable items will remain in our store for eight weeks.

What kind of clothing do you accept/not accept?

✅ Well:

- Women's clothing, shoes and accessories (sizes XXS to 8XL)
- Men's clothing and shoes (sizes XS to 5XL)
- Children's clothing only branded clothing, sizes 80 to 164/170
- Clean, fresh-smelling, without damage
- Clothing suitable for the season

❌ Do not:

- Underwear and swimwear
- Clothing with smoke/animal odor or hair
- Damaged clothing (holes, missing buttons, sweaters)
Fast fashion brands like Shein, Bershka, Primark, Only, C&A, etc.

Do the clothes need to be washed?

Yes, clothes should be clean and fresh, without stains, hair or odors.

How long will my clothes stay in the store?

Clothing accepted will remain in our store/webshop for eight weeks. After that, you can choose to pick it up or donate it. This period can be extended upon request.

How do you determine the sales price?

The price is determined by us and can be adjusted (up or down) at any time. The original retail price of each item is determined by the article numbers.

How much do I earn from my clothes?

You will receive 30% of the sales price.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are made twice a month via bank transfer.

If you collect your clothes before the 14th of the month, payment will be made on the 14th of the following month.

Pick up after the 14th → payment on the last day of following month.

⚠️Important: Payment will only be made once you have collected/donated your clothes and the list has been signed.

Can I send my clothes?

Yes! If you don't live nearby, you can send your clothes. Please contact us beforehand (email, Instagram, or WhatsApp) and confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions. Please include a note in your package with your name and how we contacted you.

What happens to clothes that aren't sold?

After eight weeks, you can pick up your clothes or donate them. Donated clothing will find a wonderful destination: we create clothing packages that we give to women in dire need.
