Want to give your clothes a second life and earn some money? At Second Hand by Things, you can!

How does insertion work?
You can bring in women's and men's clothing (and children's clothing under certain conditions) during our opening hours.
- Minimum contribution: 5 pieces.
- Bring your clothes in a sturdy bag and leave your name, telephone number/email and account number.
We'll review and select your clothing. Suitable items will remain in our store for eight weeks.
- We determine the sales price and can adjust it (up or down) at any time.
- If an item is sold, you'll receive 30% of the proceeds.
- After 8 weeks you choose: collect clothes or donate them.

Bring in children's clothes
Good news! We now also have a children's corner.
- Only branded clothing in sizes 80 to 164/170.
- Conditions are the same as for women's and men's clothing.

Terms & conditions
We only accept clothing we can sell well. So please note the following:
✅ Well:
- Women's clothing, shoes & accessories (sizes XXS to 6XL)
- Men's clothing & shoes (sizes XS to 5XL)
- Children's clothing (branded clothing only, sizes 80 to 164/170)
- Clothes that are washed, fresh and undamaged
-Clothing that suits the season

❌ Do not:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Damaged clothing (holes, missing buttons, sweaters)
- Clothing with smoke, animal or hair smells
Fast fashion brands such as: Shein, Bershka, Primark, Only, C&A, Hema, New Yorker, Jola Mode, Stradivarius, etc.

Donate
Would you rather donate? Awesome! 💛 Donated clothing finds a wonderful destination: we create clothing packages for women who, due to circumstances, are temporarily unable to buy clothes themselves.

Payment of your proceeds
- You will receive 30% of the sales price of your items.
- Payment is made twice a month via automatic bank transfer.
- Make sure that your account details (with full name and initials) are correct with us.

Payment will only be made when your list has been signed and your clothing has been collected or donated.

Examples
- Pick up your clothes before May 14th → payment on June 14th.
- Pick up your clothes on May 20th → payment on June 30th.

Sending clothes
Don't live near Cuijk? No problem, you can also send your clothes. Please contact us first (via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp) and confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions. Include a note in your package with your name and how we contacted you.
